Mohamed Fouzi Haffar, Esq.

Education

Mr. Haffar received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Wisconsin in the spring of 2001. From there, he attended law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego. In April of 2004, Mr. Haffar graduated with his J.D. degree. Mr. Haffar successfully passed the California State Bar exam in July of 2004 and was admitted to practice law in California in February of 2005.

Experience

Mr. Haffar served as a law clerk in the Law office of Hamdi Rifai in New Jersey, where he prepared various motions, participated in client interviews, depositions, and co-chaired several jury trials.

In addition, Mr. Haffar served as a law clerk for the San
Diego Public Defender. He participated as a second chair in selecting juries, preparing opening and closing statements and cross examining witnesses in several jury trials.

Mr. Haffar is also a multi state mortgage broker through his brokerage, Allied Financial Network, Inc. He has extensive knowledge of federal and state lending laws and experience with the foreclosure and bankruptcy processes.

Mr. Haffar is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association. He currently is a member of the Bankruptcy, Estate Planning and Business sections of the San Diego County Bar Association.
